What is neuro-athletic training?

Neuro-athletic training is brain-based training that lets you boost your strength, endurance, speed, mobility and coordination while reducing pain. In it we train our sensors such as the eyes, balance and proprioception in order to give the brain better input. Because the better the input, the better the brain can integrate it and make decisions, and the more strength, speed, endurance, mobility and coordination it then makes available.
