The offering of AddON Movement is defined by parkour trainings with clear structures. We share the intention of teaching parkour as a holistic discipline. Training the mind and body, as well as sharpening the senses, is at the heart of our training. Participants are aware that all AddON Movement trainings take place in public spaces, in parks or in a gym, and that for outdoor trainings AddON Movement cannot provide changing rooms or sanitary facilities. In principle, outdoor trainings take place in the open air in any weather. Should a training have to be cancelled due to unusual weather conditions, AddON Movement will inform participants in good time in advance.

1. Eligibility to participate in training / workshop

1.1

Only persons who confirm that they have taken note of the general conditions of participation of AddON Movement training set out here are eligible to participate.

1.2

Participation in the AddON Movement training offering is usually subject to a fee. The prices for participation depend on the type of guided training.

1.3

Only participants who have concluded a corresponding contract with AddON Movement are entitled to take part in regular training offerings.

1.4

Participation by persons under 14 years of age requires written consent from a legal guardian.

1.5

Only persons who arrive at the meeting point 1 - 10 min before the start of the training or workshop are eligible to participate. Participants who arrive late can no longer take part in the training offering. 10 min after the end of the training or workshop, the AddON Movement trainers leave the training location and the duty of supervision for minor participants on the part of AddON Movement ends.

1.6

Physical or mental impairments that were not communicated to AddON Movement in advance may lead to exclusion from the training offering.

1.7

Participants are aware of the physical demands of the training.

1.8

In some cases, film and/or photo recordings are made during the guided training offering for AddON Movement publications. The recordings are used exclusively for AddON Movement and are not passed on to third parties. Participants agree that film and/or photo recordings may be used for this purpose.

1.9

AddON Movement reserves the right to change the course duration and total number of courses, as well as the dates for existing courses or other training offerings, if necessary.

1.10

For safety reasons, AddON Movement reserves the right to limit the number of participants in order to maintain the safety and order of the training.

1.11

A refund of training offerings already paid for is excluded. Non-attendance of booked courses does not entitle the customer to a reduction or (partial) reclaim of the course fee

1.12

AddON Movement reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally without giving reasons.

1.13

Participants agree that their data may be processed with the support of IT and used for advertising purposes in the form of telephone calls, mailings or newsletters solely by AddON Movement. The data is not passed on to third parties.

1.14

Participants undertake to notify AddON Movement immediately in writing of any changes to their personal data (SEPA direct debit for the collection of membership fees, address changes, etc.). Should a missed notification of a change lead to a delay in the payment process, a processing fee of € 5,- will be charged.

1.15

The benefits of a membership may be used exclusively by the respective member.

1.16

Payment reminders or dunning notices may be sent in writing or by email. A fee of € 5,- is charged per payment reminder or dunning notice. Bank charges for returned direct debits are also charged.

1.17

In some cases, recordings are made during training to document training results. These may be made available on a suitable online platform to all AddON Movement members.

2. Liability

2.1

Participation in guided trainings or workshops is entirely at your own risk and your own responsibility. Where liability nevertheless exists, AddON Movement, its legal representatives, vicarious agents or other auxiliary persons are not liable for damages other than those resulting from injury to life, body or health, unless the damage was caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on their part. Any damage must be reported immediately and before leaving the training location prior to the official end of the guided training offering to the respective training leader or a person authorised by AddON Movement. A later report/notification of damage, as well as any resulting claim, is excluded.

2.2

Every participant in a guided training offering must show the greatest possible consideration for other participants and behave in such a way that no danger arises for themselves or third parties. They must also expect that they could be endangered by other participants and must take appropriate precautions on their own responsibility.

2.3

In outdoor trainings, all areas of the training environment not explicitly marked as training-relevant or presented by the training leader in guided trainings may not be entered for training purposes.

2.4

Due to the nature of how the training environment is used in guided trainings, instabilities or the loosening of obstacles can occur at any time. AddON Movement accepts no warranty for the firmness and stability of the obstacles or other training equipment.

2.5

Parents, legal guardians or other persons authorised to supervise are liable for their children or the persons entrusted to their supervision.

2.6

AddON Movement accepts no liability for damages incurred by participants as a result of not following the instructions of AddON Movement trainers. In the event of disregard for the safety instructions and/or instructions of the AddON Movement trainers, AddON Movement reserves the right to assert claims for damages against the participant.

3. Alterations, damage and miscellaneous

3.1

Damage or other alterations to the setups in the training area or to objects and structures of the training environment in guided trainings must be reported immediately to the training leader present or an authorised representative of AddON Movement.

3.2

All setups and training equipment on objects and structures of the training environment may not be manipulated, altered or dismantled by participants in any way.

3.3

Bringing animals to trainings or workshops is generally not permitted and possible in special cases only by arrangement with the training leader.

3.4

Smoking and open fire are prohibited in guided trainings.

3.5

Personal clothing, bags/backpacks and valuables must be looked after on your own responsibility. AddON Movement accepts no liability whatsoever for loss or theft.

4. Authority to give instructions

4.1

The instructions of AddON Movement, as well as its trainers or other authorised representatives, must be followed. Violations may lead to the exclusion of participants from the training offering.

4.2

In the event of a breach of the above terms and conditions, AddON Movement reserves the right to issue reprimands. The right of AddON Movement to assert claims going beyond this remains unaffected.

5. Data protection

Personal data is treated by us in strict confidence and collected, processed and used exclusively for the establishment, content-related structuring, modification or execution of a contractual relationship. Under no circumstances will we pass on, sell or rent the data to third parties.
