Our Values
Community
In our community you can always count on fun and a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, everyone is welcomed into the group regardless of their level. The group community is an irreplaceable source of motivation for reaching new achievements. To boost this effect even further, almost every training session features team challenges in which new teams are formed or existing ones grow closer together.
Flow
The flow state is one of the highest goals you can reach as an athlete while practising your sport. It is a state of complete immersion in the activity. In it you experience optimal performance, the golden mean between being over- and under-challenged. Every movement flows into the next without having to think much about the sequence. We train and nurture this state through a wide variety of training methods.
Mindset
Your progress is what counts
No matter why you train, what matters most to us is that you make progress and reach your goals. We show you your very own progress individually; we reject comparison with others and the hierarchical thinking that comes with it. (We train together to make each other strong.)
to be and to last
This important principle of the parkour philosophy shows you to live in the now and have fun, while also reminding you of the future and of keeping your physical well-being/fitness later on too. For us it is about steady progress, not rushed techniques and movements, (so that lifelong physical well-being is guaranteed).
Fun - the inner child
During training, fun and the joy of movement are very important to us. We want to give you back the way you saw the world as a child on a playground - new challenges, new discoveries, and all of it playful and full of fun.
It is only as dangerous as you make it
The goal is to get to know yourself and your limits precisely, to act responsibly and, when needed, to learn to say NO. No matter what the others do, the decision is yours. Depending on whether you tend to be cautious or daring, we try to support you in assessing yourself.
Respect yourself and your environment
This philosophy plays a major role especially in outdoor training. On the one hand it is about recognising yourself and your limits, but also about respecting your environment and other people and their opinions. These people often view parkour with prejudice, which is why we lead by good example to earn respect in return.
Coaching
Individual support
Everyone has different goals and needs. That is why it matters to us that you reach your individual goals and receive coaching tailored to them. To make this possible, every group session leaves enough time to work on individual techniques on your own or with us, which is also why, depending on group size, several coaches are on site.
Strong body, strong mind
Body and mind form one unit. That is why you should always train both. Many movement tasks or challenges will therefore also test you mentally, so that you can sharpen your mind and develop your personality further.
from falling technique to target technique
No matter how focused you are, even while walking you can trip over your own feet. Your body then instinctively reacts, usually with the right falling technique. This instinctively correct falling technique can be trained. That is why we first train the possible accident scenarios, to make sure you react correctly in a fall and stay uninjured.
Diverse movement inputs
The human body offers us endless ways to move it, and we use only a fraction of them. In every training session we try to give you the most varied movement experiences and sequences, in order to improve your body awareness.
